Album covers with a painted hand?

Albumfilter: I seem to recall an album that had mostly a painted hand on the cover. It would have been out before 1992 (I am pretty sure I heard it around then.) For some reason I seem to remember the hand was painted red/white/blue, but I could be mistaken. Am I hallucinating or is my memory just going?
