hide an iPhone unlock from apple?

How do I hide that I unlocked my iPhone from Apple Care?
My phone definitely needs to go in for service for reasons not related to my iPhone unlock/jailbreak (been jailbroken for 10 months and on the same operating system with no problems until the last month). Is there anything that I can do, which includes altering or deleting logs, that will hide from them that I unlocked and make it so that they have fewer reasons to deny me service?
I've done a few web searches but there's so much information out there I don't possibly have the time to sort through it all. I'm just hoping someone better versed in iPhone resources on the internet will know immiedately and be able to help a girl out. Thanks!
Thanks!

Seconding the "Restore from scratch"
However, that will likely restore it to the most current version of the OS that is available for your device. That means if you've got a 3G or 3GS, you'll get 4.1, which may not be what you want if you want to jailbreak it again.
This is the definitive place to check and see if your device can be jailbroken again when it is on 4.1.
If you want to restore to an earlier version, hold down the option (or alt) key when clicking restore in iTunes. It will then let you select which firmware file you want to use to restore. You may have to google for that file if you don't have it around any more.
And, if Apple Care is going to send you a replacement device, it will likely be at version 4.1 as well.

As long as the phone they send back to you is actually your original phone, you *should* be able to re-jailbreak if your SHSH is on file with cydia. However, I think if they upgrade the baseband as well, you'll lose the unlock.

You can also find and download an older version of iOS and restore to that, then restore from a backup of the old phone.

Response by poster: Thanks everyone, but I'm looking for more of a technical fix, such as deleting or modifying a log somewhere that is not appended when you restore.
