Is anyone using bluetooth stereo earphones with an iPad? If so, what earphones make/model do you recommend?

I'm currently using a Motorola S305. Sound quality is middling at best but more than acceptable for my needs.

I have the Rocketfish RF-MAB2, and find their sound quality, range and battery life to be most impressive. I can come back from lunch at work, leave my ipad on my chair, and wander off 20 yards to the kitchen for a fresh glass of water, without having to stop the music. For me, the downsides are two, one major, one minor.

Major: I wear glasses already, plus a hat when going outside. With the earphones added into the mix, it can take some fidgeting to get a comfortable resting place for all three. At best, it is comfortable for a period of time.

Minor: The ipad's default audio player doesn't recognize all of the controls the headset provides. It's annoying to be unable to skip a song without pulling the ipad out of my gear bag.

Response by poster: Thank you both. Is there such a product as in-ear phones w/bluetooth? Or does the bluetooth hardware prohibit that?

I suspect it's a matter of having a place to put the batteries that limits the minimum size for bluetooth stereo headphones. Unlike phone conversation, which is usually of limited duration, listening to music is something that most people will do for a longer period of time, requiring appropriately more battery time.

A search brings up Opera S5+ and the upcoming LBT-AVHP02 from Logitec.
