Can anyone recommend an educational, documentary, fly on the wall or similar type video’s about running a design, ad or web agency?

I’m looking for any video’s relating to how to run a design, tech or ad business the more educational the better. I’m hoping somewhere in the world there’s been some sort of fly on the wall documentary showing the workings of any of these types of business’s from the inside. Help and recommendations appreciated.
