Vinyl masters

What are some quality but not-too-expensive places I can get tracks mastered and pressed on vinyl?
They don't have to be the same location. I'm starting up a small label to get young bands going and I'd like to be able to put out limited runs of physical (vinyl) releases. I'm looking for a good mastering service - I'm not sure if vinyl and digital tracks require separate mastering, but those are the two final formats I'll be releasing things in. I also need a vinyl presser that can do small runs of 100 at the smallest to 500 at the most. I'm located in Philadelphia if that helps.

well ... I have no idea ... but the guys at pledgemusic.com probably know someone (or a bunch of people) ... you might want to ask them. They have a number of bands who are doing just this and the keep up on who is providing good service ... so they can act as an advice centre.
At the same time you might discuss with them Direct-to-fan fundraising for your bands ... 'cause that is what they do, they do it really well, and it might make starting your label easier.
Ob. disclosure ... I am involved in their business ... but not the music side so much.
Feel free to memail me about them if you are interested.

For mastering, try West West Side Music. They may be able to recommend a vinyl presser.

I don't have any specific recommendations, but Electronic Musician has a great article about mastering for vinyl, which is very different than mastering for digital.

Mastering for vinyl and digital is definitely different.
