Looking for online personality tests

Where can i find free online personality tests on different subjects? I prefer them to adhere to scientific standards.
I recently read a book on negotiation. It contained a really interesting personality test on which negotiation strategies were natural to you. I really came to think a lot about myself from the result and are now looking for similar test on other areas.
Example areas could be career or relations.
I would prefer to have the tests at least have some scientific grounding being reliable and validated. Also they have to be available online.
