Give me some jeans without those marks?

Who makes boot cut, modern jeans for men that have no distressed marks? Should be under $50. I've been looking for two years. Everything has those annoying marks.
Definitely Levi's. They make everything.

yeah my first thought was Levi's too. There is also Carhart. they are way more durable than any of the Levi's I have worn.

517s are available in a variety of styles, and it changes. There is usually a dark blue option that is not distresed or acid washed.
All I wear. I swear by them.

Wrangler 935 or 936 might also work: less roomy in the arse, lower in the rise and slightly tighter in the leg than the classic 13MWZ Cowboy Cut, and more "modern" in that regard. The indigo is a little weird and bright if you're used to the Levi shades, and not to everyone's tastes, but if you go with the rigid versions, you'll get "authentic" fades over time instead of distressing.
But it's definitely worth looking in "western" shops that focus on the inexpensive Levi-Wrangler-Carhartt range with good breadth -- somewhere like Tractor Supply Company will also fit that bill.

I'll add a second to the Lee Men's Regular Fit Boot Cut Jean. I've worn boots all my life and have found Lee boot cuts to be the most comfortable since I first put them on back in the 60s when they were sold as Lee Riders. You could buy a pair of Lee and a pair of Levis for just about your 50 dollar limit. Buy a pair of each and see which one fits you best.

I personally prefer the Levi's 527 - boot cut but low waist. I have several pair in regular blue and dark blue, and none distressed.

Best answer: American Eagle's classic rinse bootcut jeans for $29.50.

This is NYC-specific, but if that's not a problem you might try Uniqlo. They have basically every permutation of men's jeans from skinny to boot-cut, the fits are modern, and last time I was in the store there were plenty with no distressing. I think they're all $49.50.

Old Navy had them last time I went jean shopping in the fall, but that doesn't mean it's a sure bet now...

Best answer: If you are in an area that has a Kohls department store, check out the brand Urban Pipeline. Most of the variants they carry are of the distressed nature, but they do offer a completely normal, brand new looking boot cut style.
Typically run about $20 and made from pretty good denim.
Alternatively, check out any local farm supply stores in your area. Racks and racks of brand new looking denim. (a lot of field technicians wear jeans, and they are required to look clean and relatively new. Where I work, they almost all shop at the local farms stores to get what they need.)

Regarding Carhartts, I love 'em (and am wearing a pair right now), but if you're looking for "modern" jeans, they're not going to fit the bill.

uh, i came here to say that as a woman, the first place i found with un-wiskered jeans was levi's. But i see that's been covered.

2nding Kohls, believe it or not. Their urban pipeline jeans look over the top, but every now and then, their "Apt. 9" brand will have jeans that aren't too distressed. Honestly, what's the deal with the crotch-stripes? I've never seen them look authentic. They usually just look dumb.
While you're there, check out their Apt. 9 long sleeve fitted shirts. I get compliments from women about how I dress, and these shirts are a staple for me. $22 each on sale (and they're almost always on sale).
