What's the best little steakhouse in Tacoma?

What are the best steakhouses (both Japanese and American) in the Tacoma, WA area? I'm new here and am looking to take my lady-friend out to a nice dinner. Price is not much of a concern (keep it under $75 per plate, please), and we don't mind driving for an hour or so to get great food.

I've only been to the Portland location, but I have had absolutely great experiences at El Gaucho.

When my wife and I were visiting we had excellent steaks at Asado on 6th Ave. It's an Argentinian restaurant, and Argentinians know their steak.

Just last week I ate at Pacific Grill in Tacoma and it was wonderful. Not strictly a steakhouse, it has beautifully prepared steak and seafood and other things. A very nice setting. Some of the dishes are truely inspired--the "deconstructed" paella, for example.

El Gaucho in Bellevue and Seattle are good too; I'd expect the Tacoma location to be the same.

The Lobster Shop ... two locations in the area, depending on what part of Tacoma you want ... great seafood and steaks and nice views, service and romantic.

It is about twice as far as you wanted to go, but Ringside in Portland is good
