Help name a book about remodeling

BookNameFilter: A friend is writing a book that showcases (with pictures mostly) various homeowner's DIY remodeling projects. The book is progressing, but she's stuck on a title. I thought the hive mind might provide some naming inspiration.

So, here are her requirements for the book title:

1. Short, preferably one or two words (the subtitle will provide further context)
2. Invokes the idea of remodeling or renovating, not necessarily DIY-only
3. Doesn't have to use the words remodeling or renovating, but if it did, that would be swell
4. That's it!

We've come up with a few ideas (the term "remod" keeps coming up), but nothing with staying power. Any suggestions?

Home Again

And I love mikepop's suggestion of Remakeable.

My wife and I are fond of saying "Our house is now a home" any time we add anything to the house (a new lamp, major kitchen remodel, whatever), so something like House to Home?

Cut Twice is my favorite suggestion so far.
