What about trying an army surplus store?
Here is a listing from a Canadian surplus store for what look like nice looking boots - they probably aren't made of the nice leather like the boots you posted, but they're much cheaper.

You could go with actual military boots for a fraction of the price. The original US all-leather combat boot looks practically identical to that one, plus a can of brown boot polish... most surplus stores have a ton of used ones for less than $50, especially in small sizes like 5 (i.e. women's 7). Or you could get a surplus pair here for $71, or knockoffs for $57 or $47.

I bought mine at the Army-Navy store... where the real ones are sold.
They cost me about $35.00
Do you only want "inspired" boots?

Also these and these which the latter are very similar. They're military inspired so they're more feminine/streamlined and wearable than actual awkward army boots.

Just a warning - I was jonesing for boots last year. Really wanted Frye boots but went the Steve Madden route. The felt so cheap and hard. I sent them back. I'm still wearing the Clarks boots that I bought over 5 years ago.

I think I spent around US$80 for a pair of Bates combat boots from the local Army surplus store. Comfortable as all get out, look similar (uppers aren't all leather).
I'd skip the original black leather US combat boot. No support, uncomfortable without inserts.

Those are basically Corcoran Jump Boots. These were the boots that American paratroopers war during WWII, and they're pretty much made to the same spec today. Most places will have them for a little over $100. They will take some breaking in, and you may need to mess them up a bit to get the same finish as the ones you like, but they are extremely durable and will last forever.

Ooops, that should be wore during WWII.

These also look very similar to English riding boots known as paddock boots (Google product search link.) Like the combat boots, these are made for a long day of work, but they might be a touch more refined
Ariat is a well-known boot maker and poking around on http://www.bootbarn.com/ I found four pairs of their similar-looking leather boots ranging from $69.99 to $235.99. Here's one for just under $100: http://www.bootbarn.com/itemview/view/view/view/view/5362/last_updated/All/All/All.
If you have a tack shop nearby, they might have some that you can try on to see if they're at all close to what you're looking for.

Urban Outfitters has a whole bunch of lace-up boots, including this similar pair for $68.
However, I've heard UO shoes aren't the best, so you may not want to get these if you're looking for something that lasts.
