Customizable Wall Calendars

For my theater organization, I'm looking to order customizable wall calendars online. Ideally, they'd be 1) cheap, 2) available in bulk and also available for individual orders (so we can send out a link to those who won't be getting one free but might still want one), and 3) that we can customize with both photos and important dates. What websites do you know that hit all or most of these points?

Looks like Lulu.com does it, and they specifically say that you can add special dates.
