Vintage find, so vintage there's no info.

I picked up a set of old headphones today at a yard sale for the princely sum of $1. They are Mura Sp-302. I can't seem to find any information about them via googling.
They seem to work quite nicely. The only other information on them is the label for the stereo-mono switch, the labels on each headphone's volume knob, 8 ohm impedance, and that they're made in Japan. I'm curious how old these might be, since they have a build quality rarely seen anymore.
Also, I've long forgotten my little speaker electronics knowledge; most headphones are 32 ohm impedance, but will these 8 ohm puppies cause any issue being used with my iPod or computer?

Long Island, New York audio company Mura decided to focus on the radio-only stereo, so they enhanced functionality in their Hi Stepper line....f you were sick of wasting AA batteries, you had solar-powered walkmans available, like Sony's WM-F107 and Mura's Sun Stepper.
