Setting Google Calendar as Handler for Webcal Links in Firefox

Is there a way to get Firefox to use Google Calendar as its default handler for webcal links?

Apparently, no or not yet. Google Calendar Support Forum

I tried futzing with Firefox's Preferences/Applications to no avail. The default for Jolicloud's Linux setup is 30 Boxes, which I haven't used before. I don't know what the default is for Windows or Mac. I did see suggestions to try using Thunderbird for these cases instead of Firefox.
