Best way to get football tickets in Madrid?

What's the best way (i.e., least expensive and safest) to get tickets for the Atletico Madrid vs. Barcelona football/soccer game?

Do I have any chance of purchasing general tickets on the official Atletico Madrid site, or are they likely to sell out immediately? Is it better to try to get tickets through a reseller, such as this or this, or are these scams?
