Keep in mind that Vitamin A labelling is often confusing... sometimes, they're listing actual Vitamin A; sometimes they're listing its precursor, beta carotene; sometimes, they describe both together, marking what percent is what. There's such a thing as too much Vitamin A, but beta carotene is fairly safe (though it can give your skin an orange tinge, and could potentially cause problems in truly huge doses.)
