What styles of engagement ring would match with this unusual bezel set diamond wedding band?

What styles of engagement ring would match with an unusual bezel set diamond wedding band similar to this one? The stones on the ring in question are larger than in the photo but only go halfway around (total of 1.5 ct.). The ring is slightly wider than 1/8".

Photo.

The wavy edge of the bezel setting make it hard to find an exact match that will fit flush with the wedding band and also make it hard to find a match style wise. What styles would you suggest?

plain matching white gold band in a complimenting thickness would be pretty in my opinion. And inexpensive.

Are you absolutely set on wearing them on the same finger? Some people wear the engagement ring on their right hand (or only on special occasions). There are many different traditions.

If you are set on it, your best bet would be to speak to a custom jeweler. S/he'll be able to give you a better idea.

Yeah the edges of the two rings don't need to fit flush, and this ring style is actually not that uncommon. If you want into any jeweler's they will have plenty of suggestions and options for you.

FTFY

And to answer, if you really want a separate engagement ring with a solitaire (I'm assuming that's what you want) I'd look for (or have custom designed) a setting with bezel-set diamonds and a solitaire sitting above that -- something like this or this.

Or you could use the band as the engagement ring and add a plain band as the wedding band later. Or have a wedding band custom designed to fit into the bezels. Or have two bands custom designed to fit into the bezels and wear one on each side of it. A lot will depend on the woman wearing the rings and her personal style. And, of course, budget.

My engagement ring is a single bezel setting. I had two guard rings made to go under and above the ring.

I feel you with the bezel settings. I couldn't find a wedding band that fit my engagement ring in a way that I liked, so I wear my wedding band on my right hand. It's got a lovely symmetry to it!

I also wear my engagement and wedding rings are separate hands. Left and right respectively.

A bezel-set diamond solitaire engagement ring would suit that style of wedding ring well, I think.
