how to re-attach plastic panel in Saturn interior?

My friend has a 1995 Saturn (as do I). For some reason, the plastic paneling in part of the interior, around the doors, is falling away from the frame.

It looks pretty bad. What's the best way to re-attach it? Is there some web site with tips on how to do stuff like this? And should I worry that this will happen to my car too?

This is happening on both sides of his interior, particularly around the front and top of the door windows. It's the plastic paneling, not the cloth "head liner". I'd like to be able to do something nice for him, but need a clue.

I had a 94 Saturn with a similar problem. In my case, it was because one of the plastic pins, near the driver's left shoulder IIRC, had broken free of its casing. I stuffed some epoxy into it and reset the pin and that held it for awhile, but eventually I had to resort to duct tape. I hope you have better luck.

I have a 1996 SL1 that I absolutely hate now. I'm going to replace it in a week or two. If it turns out you need a plastic pin or other part from a Saturn, I would take it out of mine and mail it to you.
