Help me find a new sling backpack.

My sling/single-strap backpack is falling apart. Help me find a new one.

My best friend gave me his sling backpack about four years ago, and I've worn it almost daily since. It's held up surprisingly well, but the zipper is going and while it's in good shape otherwise, it's getting ugly.

Here's a photo. The features that I need replicated are as follows:
-Easily unclippable sling. I don't want anything that demands tightening or fastening. Clip-on, clip-off.
-Cell phone pocket on the chest area.
-External pocket.
-Hook.

There are a ton on a market, and I've checked on Amazon and so forth, but I'm looking personal experience with a particular make or brand. I am specifically looking for a sling/single-strap backpack. I already have a nice two-strap one. Bonus points if you know of a store in NYC that carries them.

Not cheap, but tough as nails and meet all your requirements (I own two) are Maxpedition Versipacks. They make great every day bags as well as the larger ones being excellent camera bags.

I have this bag (and this bigger one) from MEC. They're inexpensive and awesome and I'm pretty sure they meet all of your requirements.

nthing the maxpedition packs. I got one for my daily walk to work to fit food and such in and got them for all my groomsmen at my wedding. Went over big. They are tough, useful and very well made.
