What is my new used bike from the '70s is trying to tell me (translation help please)?

Best answer: In Japanese the characters are pronounced "Oi-Kaze", which means "tailwind"

Best answer: nthing Kokuryu, in Japanese at least, it means wind blowing from behind that favours foward movement - a tailwind.
