PDF reader that allows stepped highlighting of sentences?

I read a lot of technical manuals in PDF form and was wondering if there was a PDF reader that supports highlighting a sentence and being able to click a button/key to move the highlighting to the next/previous sentence.

Commonly there are steps/instructions to follow in the PDFs I read that require going back and forth between two windows. Sometimes there are multiple steps per paragraph, so this would help keep track of the correct place without having to find where I left off.

I do not know of any reader that does what you want. Consider, instead, using a stamp under Acrobat and then just moving the stamp as needed.

you can click and drag lines drawn on pdfs with foxit.
