Why can't I watch stupid livestreams?

Suddenly, I can't seem to watch live streaming video on my macbook pro anymore...

For the last few days, for no apparent reason, I've been unable to view "live" streaming video on pages like ustream.tv and justin.tv, and for the life of me I can't figure out why. Youtube, netflix, hulu and sites like that are fine, but any "live"stream site I just get a blank area where the video or chat should be.I've tinkered with every network setting I can think of, updated flash, turned off the firewall, nothing seems to help. It only happens on my macbook pro (not by gf's macbook or my mini) and it happens in both Safari and Firefox...

Any ideas?

Do you run AdBlock? ustream.tv never works for me if AdBlock is enabled.

Response by poster: I've turned off adblock for that page, but it didn't help. I've Turned off add-ons, turned off my firewall, deleted the cache and cookies, deleted and re-installed flash, repaired permissions, nothing.

it looks like they're having some issues with their redesign - http://www.ustream.tv/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=57. Very frustrating - it's not working on my MacBook either.
