How much for server colo space?

What are you guys / gals paying for server colo (a full or 1/2 rack) around the country (USA)?
My company's contract for colo is about to expire and we can pretty much can move our serves anywhere in the United States. I have been pricing a 42U / 6KVA power rack at major colo centers in the DC area I'm getting prices above the 3K / month price range.
So, what is the going rate around the country for colo space?

After seeing toxic's answer, we're definitely on the 'value' end of the spectrum: $299/mo for a quarter rack in a shared cage in San Jose. 600VA, 1000Mb/s drop, 1Mbps@95th commit. Here's some of their prices.

I had a space for a single tower for $200/month in Minneapolis - was bandwidth limited to 1G/month of traffic outside the ISP (i.e. traffic from me was not metered).

Scenario #2: ~320 usable U. 16x2400VA circuits. $6100/month. South SF Bay Area. (this is an old contract, but it keeps getting renewed)
Scenario #3: ~20 usable U . 1x2400VA circuit. 1Gb drop, 100Mb/sec commit at 95th percentile. ~$4200/month. San Francisco.
All are in top notch facilities, with names/addresses you'd recognize, but I can't share. The first two are carrier-neutral so bandwidth comes from other vendors. The third sells a blend of Tier-1 bandwidth as part of the package.
