Adding movies to friends' Netflix queues?

Are there any third-party websites that allow one to manage - and share - a Netflix queue?
An acquaintance posted their Netflix login credentials on facebook, with the request to add new things to his queue ('cuz he's too lazy). Ballsy, I know.
But it got me wondering if there were some safe way to accomplish the same thing? Ideally it's be a website that allows you to generate time-limited urls (flix.me/45jsd7 sort of thing) for sharing on social media. And it would have filters to drop films you've already seen.
