Vereinfachte Ausgangsschrift to the max!

What's the best book I can use to teach myself Vereinfachte Ausgangsschrift?
My handwriting is so bad I want to pursue the nuclear option and teach myself to write all over again, from scratch.
I really like German handwriting, and I've managed to determine that the style I want to ape is based on a system called "Vereinfachte Ausgangsschrift".
Is there a good book I can get ahold of? A standard instructional text? Thanks

Best answer: Assuming you understand German: The German handwriting books I could find on Amazon are all for small kids, which is probably not the right thing for you (the problem is they spend pages and pages practicing very easy stuff, like drawing loops, which are not hard to do for an adult, because your fine motor skills are already completely developed).
I found this one, though: Schön schreiben - Übungsheft zum Erlernen der deutschen Schreibschrift für Erwachsene. Sold out on Amazon but available here.
Another thing: German kids learn handwriting with a specially designed beginners' fountain pen (Schreiblernfüller) like this (annoying audio, sorry). It's harder to write with a fountain pen - you need the right "flow", otherwise it looks terrible -, but your handwriting profits from it in the long term. You should use blue ink because it shows you the spots where there's still a problem with your "flow". Once you've mastered fountain pen handwriting, you can switch to other pens, but it's important for learning.
