Open Source Online Store?

Is there any reliable, secure, open source and/or freeware online store software that supports digital downloads? If so, any that allow the site adminstrator to do nifty stuff like set a time limit on how long after paying users can download?

The time limits are implemented inside the software itself. There are many products available for helping you do this, depending upon the language the program was written in. One widely used time-limiting toolkit is Armadillo.

As for online stores, there are scads of them, the biggest being, and PC World .
