EC Book, you'd be well advised to at least list the price in EUROS.

I'm hoping one of you knows something about EC Book software.
I've been tasked with assisting to quote a project that uses this software (or similar). The website does not list prices; I sent in an inquiry form this morning but could really use some intel on that sooner rather than later. I tried calling number on the website for "all other locations," which appears to be a number for Iceland. A very nice Scandinavian sounding gentleman on the other end was clearly NOT the party I was trying to reach.
So, my questions are as follows:
1) Have you used this? Do you like it?
2) If you know anything about EC Book, what is the pricing like?
3) I'm assuming this sw is a contender b/c it's used by some pretty big brands (Ikea for one) but feel free to let me know of anything else that does something like this;
Also, I know there are flash classes that will handle the page-turning and so forth; we are trying to NOT do it all from scratch in Flash if we don't have to.

Response by poster: Yeah, I found somewhere on the site (which naturally I cannot find again) that they specified calling during biz hours, so I'm thinking no.
