Who is this bearded dude giving us the finger? And why?

If you run it through TinEye, you get over 400 hits. I only browsed a few, with no luck finding anything particularly useful. There were lots of hits from sites in Italy, so I wonder if that's where it originated?

After extensive experimentation, turns out it's the first result when you google image search "fuck off"

My first thought was Berkeley's Hate Man. But, now that I've looked up his picture, he doesn't look enough like Jack Nicholson to be the man in question.

Like jon1270 my first thought was Jack Nicholson. But I don't know his earlier roles to make a guess to a movie.

Chistopher Lloyd and Jack Nicholson both appeared in One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest. Google Image search doesn't look like its the one, though.

For some reason I always thought he was off Rab C. Nesbitt, but I've not watched it in ages and now I can't find a connection there. Maybe some other UK sitcom? *shrug*
