Underwear and a bite to eat

What are the best lingerie stores in Seattle and why? Also looking for good midpriced sit-down restaurants that aren't chains, within walking distance of the lingerie store.

Bellefleur Lingerie in Fremont is within walking distance of a number of good one-of-a-kind restaurants. 35th Street Bistro is just across the street, Jai Thai not much further, Costas Opa Greek is there, El Camino Mexican just about a block away.
