I am looking for a particular German web comic drawn on one or two pages of a moleskine notebook in colored pencil or crayons with topical/political humor.
He usually puts a bit more of a comment on it “after the fold,” too. As I recall, it was published intermittently on welt.de sometime around 2007, but I mostly read it on its own site.
Each comic is basically a photograph or scan of his sketch, which usually includes a few colors.

This is good, dark stuff. Thanks for encouraging me to practice my German!
