Netflix on Wii -- How did I display the bit-rate?

Netflix on Wii -- How did I display the bit-rate onscreen?

I bobbled the Wii remote, caught it, and looked up at the screen, which was showing the bit-rate of the video. I don't remember for certain if playback was ongoing or if it was paused.

Google and Netflix's site didn't provide the answer, so please help me resolve this tiny mystery!
