Catch a Certain Climate Change Comic?

I'm looking for a climate change-related editorial/political cartoon from a few month ago, perhaps around Copenhagen. I believe it featured: a split-screen slide at a presentation, one side "Global Warming Is a Hoax," the other side listed several other pro regulation/efficiency/renewable arguments (reduced foreign oil dependence, green jobs, etc., etc., etc.) Does that sound familiar? I thought it was Toles, but I've thoroughly searched WaPo's and Slate's archives.

It's USA Today, methinks. Is it this?

(sorry if I'm repeating the cartoon in the link above; it won't work for me)

Sorry, the pictures are the same - the link by andythebean gives me 403 forbidden until I click on it and hit return again.
