Songs by and about unrepentant womanizers, maninizers, promiscuous people, sluts, serial monogamists, heartbreakers, and romantic deadbeats?
Preferably unapologetic.
Examples (possibly NSFW):
Dominos
Girls, Girls, Girls
Promiscuous
How Many Licks?
Any genre is okay, I specifically am missing good country examples but I do like country music, as well as older songs (like the beach boys, big band, anything like that).

I always get a kick out of Chewing Gum by Annie.
Hey Annie, well, look at you!
Is that a new boy stuck on your shoe?
Come on Annie, how is it so?
You've always got a new bubble to blow
I'm gonna tell you how it's gonna get done
I'm just a girl that's only chewing for fun
You spit it out when all the flavour has gone
Wrap him round your finger like you're playing with gum

Johnny Cash sings a great version of "Delia's Gone". Maybe doesn't fit your theme exactly, but he shoots poor Delia for running around and being "low down and trifling", and apparently being quite unapologetic about it.

The Beatles had a macho vein of songs -- always sung/composed by John Lennon -- with a distinctly womanizing/controlling tone:
"I'll Cry Instead" ("You'd better hide all the girls, 'cause I'm gonna break their hearts all around the world, yes I'm gonna break 'em in two, I'll show you what your lovin' man can do")
"You Can't Do That"
"You're Gonna Lose That Girl" ("I'll make a point of taking her away from you")
"Getting Better" (just John's verse in the song mainly written by Paul: "I used to be cruel to my woman, I beat her and kept her apart from the things that she loved")
"Run for Your Life" (!!!)

Pretty much half the songs on Steve Earle's I Feel Alright album, especially:
Hard-Core Troubadour
"Girl, figure out what you're gonna do
When he moves on again and he leaves you alone and blue
But you knew he is just passin' through now didn't you "
Hurtin' Me, Hurtin' You
"I never meant to be cruel or untrue
I'm just hurtin' me when I'm hurtin' you"
Now She's Gone
"She always kept on movin' and she never wasted time
And they said she left quite a string of broken hearts behind
Woke up alone and now she's gone"
You're Still Standin' There
"Lately I see all the signs, I feel it in the wind
The same thing happens every time that you come back again
I admit that there are nights when I sit up and cry
But sometimes I turn out the lights and pray you'll pass me by"

So many stones songs could work, but Beast of Burden has got to be the best song possible for this question.
Slightly more obscure, a song by Bang Camaro, 'I Know You Like My Band' or for the female version of this, 'Your Kisses Are Wasted On Me' or 'It's Not Love (But it's Still a Feeling)' by The Pipettes. Both of those bands sort of use this lothario player song as a schtick.
On the opposite end, Tammy Wynette's entire career is based on songs about being done wrong by an unfaithful man. But she is also the master of the 'you're a cheating liar but it's cool' song. Stand By Your Man is the ultimate, but there is also Bedtime Story and I Wound Easy (But I Heal Fast).
For a few songs in this vein, but slightly different, (you are a player but I just want you to send a sliver of that my way), there is 'Floy Joy' by The Supremes, and Some of Your Lovin' by Dusty Springfield.
Oh! And Cuddly Toy, by Harry Nilsson.

Shirley & Lee - The Flirt
Klymaxx - Meeting in the Ladies Room

On the more unrepentently slutty side: Teaches of Peaches may be up your alley, and if you actually like the genre, check out Lesbians on Ecstasy and maybe even some Bikini Kill songs (I Like Fucking, for example). Also you can't go wrong with horny hip hop from the 80s and 90s like 2 Live Crew, early LL Cool J, Salt-n-Pepa and Li'l Kim.

You might also like the fantastically bitter "10 Women" by Conor Oberst:
Ten women, the thrill and the shame
Ten women, I miss you the same
While you're kissing the ring
Of some good timing king
Ten women, a fool I have made
Two faces (two faces)
Two faces, two faces you have
Two faces (two faces)
Two faces, keep one in your bag
Two faces from which you can choose
Two faces and neither are you
Though I'm biding my time
Like a cellar of wine
With two faces, you'll never be true

I Trained Her to Love Me by Nick Lowe
Do you see the way she lights up when I walk in the room
-that's good-
and the skip in her step when we're both out walking in the neighborhood
this one's almost done now to watch her fall apart
I trained her to love me so I can go ahead and break her heart
If you think that it's depraved and I should be ashamed
-so what-
I'm only paying back womankind for all the grief I've got
I've got the latest believing, for ever I'll be true
I trained her to love me, now excuse me, I got work to do
I trained her to love me
and I'm gonna start working on another after this
and when I get that one in a state of bliss
betray her with a kiss
Well one time, one caught up rough
told me I only do this cause I can
mmmmmmm
and I'm bound to wind up
one lonely twisted old man
but look out here comes a prime contender
for my agenda
if ever there was one
and I'm gonna train her to love me
until it's time to do what must be done
I trained her to love me
and I'm gonna start working on another after this
and when I get that one in a state of bliss

I don't have the patience to read all the posts, but I bet no one posted Nicola di Bari's - Trotamundos. It is in Spanish (you can find his music in Italian, too), it is about roaming the world for "the greenest pastures," and it is a fun song. If this style is of interest to you, check out some of his other songs.
