Condensed outline of construction managment classes

Is there a "cliffs notes" version for construction science classes?

I was accepted to graduate school in construction management, but my undergraduate degree was in genetics. Before I enter the program I have to take a competency test to see if I can pass out of taking the prerequisite classes during the summer. I have bought the books used for the classes to study for these test. I was wondering if anyone knew of a detailed outline of construction related topics (scheduling, estimating, structures) like cliffs notes. The reason I am trying to pass out of these classes is I will loose out on my AmeriCorps educational award by leaving early to go to school. Something else that could also be helpful would be online construction scheduling and/ or estimating classes online over the summer through a university.

I don't kjnow of any but if you're stuck you could try phoning round contractors organizations or professional groups for quantity surveyors such as the RICS that have continuous professional development requirements.
