Look, Who's Talking Now?

I have a camcorder and Adobe Premiere. I'm working on this video project where I want to replace the movement of mouths and change up the dialogue from old movies. Something akin to these etrade commercials (except, of course, not as technically tight). How can I most ably accomplish this?

With just a camcorder and Premiere, the best you can probably expect is real simple Syncro-Vox (think Conan O'Brien's interviews with "Arnold Schwarzenegger," "Donald Trump," etc.).

I've never used Premiere, but you can probably just mask out and feather the mouths from your clips and then lay them over your own (preferably color corrected) footage.
