Battery shelves for a huge DC UPS

Battery shelf manufacturers: I need links to manufacturers of steel battery shelves for large DC UPS applications, for use with AGM VRLA lead acid batteries such as 2V 600aH to 1200aH and 6V 220aH to 600aH+ sizes. Batteries will be Rolls or a competitor. The shelves should knock down into something that can be flat packed and reassembled at an installation site. Features for earthquake bracing and shock mounting are also useful. Where do the US RBOCs buy their shelves?

For a question of this nature, I think you're better off asking a more specialized user base. I recommend you try asking your question on the North American Network Operators' Group (NANOG) mailing list.
