Looking for a bed rest.

Where could I get a bed rest that has a 100% cotton exterior and some sort of natural stuffing (cotton, beans, whatever)?

This one, which comes with removable cotton covers, is pricey but looks sturdy. The filling includes foam in addition to down, so it doesn't quite meet your "natural stuffing" requirement. They do claim it is hypoallergenic, though, if that's the reason for concern.
