The catchiest theme song of all time

What's the name of the song at the beginning of Antonioni's L'Avventura? It's not on the soundtrack.

This is driving me crazy. What the hell is the name of the song that plays over the opening credits of L'avventura? I downloaded the soundtrack and the "Music for Antonioni" album by the film's composer, Giovanni Fusco, and it's not on either.

If you need a refresher, it's the bed music for this poorly executed American trailer for the movie (song starts to fade in at around :10)

Googling and googling and googling (in English AND French) and can't find a CD or MP3 download of this thing. Help!

El Papo Vecino seems to cover the song here and call it L'Avventura. In the youtube comments, there is a discussion about where it can be found, and another name for the song
