Help me title this party

What should I call my adults-only, secular, cocktail-intensive Easter egg hunt on the invitations?

I'm hosting an brunch & egg hunt for 15-25 thirty-somethings, mostly single, on Easter Sunday. I expect it will be cocktail-drenched.

The genesis of the whole thing is a keen desire to decorate eggs... if you're going to spend time patterning eggs, they should be blown out.
Once you're that far in, people should get to hide them.
And hunt them.
And eat the useful bits of those blown eggs in frittatas, quiche, tortilla de patatas, waffles, pancakes, scrambles...

Please help me come up with an event-name to put on the invitations.

Are the others going to help with the decorating and hiding, or only with the hunting and imbibing?

Best answer: All the Eggs, None of the Hymns

It's easy to read an extra 'e' into that one, which changes the flavor somewhat.

Go with one of the pagan names: Ostara; Vernal Equinox; Eostre; Ostarun; Mean Earrach; Lady Day

Im pretty partial to Lady Day. Although Ostara Egg Hunt has a nice ring to it.

Adults-only, Secular, Cocktail-intensive Easter Egg Hunt

I was just going to post this. There are so many qualifiers that no cute name you come up with will reliably communicate all of them the way a straightforward description will.

Actually, I'd do it like this:
Seculeaster [large font]

An Adults-only, Secular, Cocktail-Intensive Easter Egg Hunt [medium font]

[Full description in smaller font.]

It should go over easy if you poach a few lines from here, don't scramble them too much though. But as it's 'adults-only" you don't want to coddle your guests too much. Would it be too hard-boiled to call it a "roll your own" party?

I'm a little wary of anything that says "adults-only;" I don't want to be the only one who shows up not realizing that its a orgy.

The thing is that "easter egg hunt," by default, conjures up images of lots of children running around having fun, and adults mainly standing around supervising or humoring the kids by playing along. The OP clearly wants the opposite of this as a subversive twist on the custom, so this has to be made as explicit as possible. But it doesn't need to be in the title; it could be in fine print at the bottom.

Response by poster: Awesome! I've been laughing at Ova Indulgence all day, and I would go to "Bloody Mary's Springtime Egg Hunt Brunch" without the slightest hesitation.

I'm not going to make invitations until later in the week, but you have definitely given me plenty of material to work with --- Not-so-holy spirits? Easter for Basket Cases? --- and plenty of encouragement to go with the upfront sort of Cocktail-Intensive Easter Egg Hunt (leave your kids at home) title.

(It looks like BostonTerrier lives several time zones away from me, and I can't tell where jenfullmoon lives, but pdx folk who need a child-free space on Easter are welcome to MeMail...)

Thanks everyone.
