old site: homage or rip off?

I'm looking for an old site (late 90's) called something like "homage or ripoff", where people posted examples of comic book artists copying artwork (side by side). The user could then vote if it was a ripoff or an homage. Any help?

My google searching hasn't turned up anything..

Thanks for your time-

Best answer: I think you're looking for "Swipe of the Week." Here's the archive.org repository.

Rich Johnston's Bleeding Cool often picks up on this kind of thing, nowadays.
