Help me find a way to get healthy pre-cooked meals to my family in Pittsburgh, PA

I am looking for a meal service in Pittsburgh that is not meals on wheels.

I have family in Pittsburgh, PA who presently cannot provision and make meals for themselves. I am looking for something like Schwans but more local. My goal is to provide meals locally to persons who cannot take the time to do it themselves. If Schwans is the best answer, then I will accept that, but my goal is to find something more healthy and long-sustaining.

What about Good Apples? It's not complete meals, but they do deliver.

Oh, and there are also two local takeout delivery services (http://www.mealsdelivered.net/ and http://wheeldeliver.net/). Not meal delivery in the manner that you are speaking of, but I thought I'd put them out there anyway.

Is Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating an option in Pittsburgh?

Their website says it's available in Pennsylvania, but it doesn't say anything about Pittsburgh specifically. I've seen good reviews of their services in my state (Illinois).
