What kind of hat is this?
I've checked against all of wikipedia's hats, but no luck. I'm looking for something more specific than toque or tam, a term that means a hat with this sort of soft gripping band and pie (UFO?) shaped upper section. Also, what is likely to be between the top of the man's head and the inner surface of the dome of the hat - air, padding, or does this guy just have a tall head?
