How can I play the M2ts video format on my Xbox 360 ?
I have an Xbox 360 and a mac running connect360, and I have a quite a few M2ts video files that I want to watch on my 360 but I cant seem to find a way to do that. Is it possible to change the format and then play it ? I've looked around and cant find anything very helpful, so any input is appreciated. Thanks for looking and your possible answers

Best answer: It's mentioned in the wiki article linked above, but I would specifically recommend HandBrake. It's very easy to use and performs very well on my macbook, and it will convert your (unencrypted) m2t2 files into several formats your xbox 360 can handle. Just remember not to output 5.1 audio, as the 360 only likes stereo in its streaming video. Plus, it's open-source and free.

Best answer: PS3Mediaserver can stream M2TS to the Xbox 360 using the MEncoder transcode option. Just tested it myself.
