Is this vinyl flooring of good quality?

Does anyone have any experience with no-glue vinyl using glass-tac tape?
I am interested in using a tape of vinyl flooring that has no glue but rather is put down with glas-tac tape. I don't know anything about installation, durability, or quality. Can anyone offer comments? Thanks!
