I am looking for a gigabit router that has proxy service in it .In which I can input a internet proxy server number and port number and must have authentication (such as username, and password)

You might want to troll around dd-wrt.com forums. They have unlocked linux router firmware there, and they'd be the most likely to support something like a WRT600N or a WRT610N which you can install a proxy service.

Your question doesn't make clear what you expect the router to do - broadcast this information via DHCPINFORM to clients? Use the proxy server supplied to tunnel all outgoing traffic (impossible)? Use the proxy server to tunnel SOME outgoing traffic? Please specify.
