Please help me find this magazine article

Where can I find an online edition of a Cycle World magazine article without ordering a copy of the entire magazine from the archive?
My brother loves motorcycles and really wants to read an article called "Battle of the Baggers" from the October 2008 issue of Cycle World magazine. We can't find the article online and the site wants to sell an entire archived edition to me. I would like to access just a copy of this one article.
This is the edition.
I've checked the local library and found nothing. Anyone have a copy on the shelf or know where I could get my hands on one?
