Day Spa in San Diego?

Can anyone recommend a good day spa in/near San Diego?

Wife is visiting a friend in San Diego; both just had babies recently. Would like to send them to a spa for a package (not overnight, maybe 3 hours?). Massage, facial, whatever. Can anyone recommend somewhere beautiful and super relaxing? Willing to spend good money, but not an outrageous amount. Thanks!!

I always, always end up recommending this, but the spa at the Hotel Del Coronado is probably just what you're looking for.

Friends of mine have been to Glen Ivy and loved it.

It's northeast a bit, but Glen Ivy Spa is relaxing and reasonably priced.
