Help me plan a tour!

I'm managing a theatrical tour in the midwest and I'm looking for an itinerary building application. A web app would be great and I'd like to find something free. We will always be driving and all of our destinations are within 6 hours or so of "home base." I'd like to find an application that will help me pull together dates, maps, and travel times in a way that is easy to read and distribute. Thanks!

Backpack would work, but is non-free.

Alternatively, you could just use a free wiki host: I've had success with Wikidot in the past.
