Guess my searching skills are only sew-sew ...

Where can I find resources on how a tailor can mechanize/industrialize/modernize/stop sewing everything himself?

My cousin is a tailor in Ecuador. He, his wife, and some employees make jackets, pants, shirts, and who knows what else by hand, his own label. He is interested in automating as much of the process as is possible. Are there resources that lay out the process? Google and Amazon failed me, or at least they didn't like the way I was asking the question. Thanks for any direction you can offer.

Not an expert myself, but these links might be worth perusing/querying while you wait for a better answer here:
