Me vs. Word template

How can I rotate a Word template?

I downloaded a Word template to print to Avery 5164 stickers. The stickers are 4"x3.3", I want to print landscape with the stickers 3.3"x4".

Just changing the page setup to landscape doesn't change the margins or the template.

Is there a way to rotate a template 90 degrees, or do I have to build a new template?

Best answer: Are you printing text? It might be easier to leave the template as is, and rotate the text direction so that when the stickers are printed they appear to be rotated.

In Word 2007, you do this in the Table Tools Layout tab, in earlier versions, it's under the Format menu.

Best answer: If you just want to print text, you can change the text direction in each cell to correspond with landscape printing. If that doesn't do it, you'll need to create a new template.
