In this animated GIF, I assume the images of Seagal and the children getting shot are from different movies. Which movie are the images of the children from?

Best answer: The children are from Uwe Boll's Postal (see this clip at ~1:20).

It looks like a scene from the movie Postal. I'm not 100% sure, but I remember kids being killed like that.

What about the Steven Seagal bit? The shots are tightly framed and about as generic as they come, but maybe someone has an idea? Any seagalophiles present?

Steven's looking pretty ... well rounded ... so I'd say post '95 or so. That's when he started ... the enlargenating, if I remember correctly.

Though I haven't seen anything since Fire Down Below, which was such a perfect Steven Seagal film, I never have a need to see another. It was the Roadhouse of Steven Seagal films.
